A SHRINE FOR TIFARITI

a proposal to construct a physical shrine in the Western Sahara involving the Saharawi people in its creation, drawing on local traditions and materials as well as discarded found objects collected and donated to the artist by the people of Tifariti.

The finished shrine will be documented and uploaded to Google Earth and the worldwide web as a testament to the struggle of the Saharawi people.
